Marcus is a seasoned financial executive with over 20 years’ experience in financial reporting and analysis, public accounting and consulting. His passion is working with small business owners to help make them more profitable and viable for long term stability and success. Through his experience in both public accounting and private industry, he has worked with various C-level executives, as well as banks, attorneys and other key stakeholders to deliver the needed results for the organization at that time. Marcus has the experience of working with a wide range of companies and on various projects, ranging from consulting with a $1 million manufacturing company to a $1 billion debt offering for another. While companies may make or deliver a wide range of products and services, it is the people that make or break the organization. He is as comfortable in the boardroom having a conversation with the CEO as he is on the shop floor discussing process flow with a department manager. It is with this broad range that give Marcus the ability to tie everything together for the greater benefit of your company.
